Food Vendor Registration

  • Number of Food Vendors are limited to 6 and all locations will be assigned upon receipt of payment.

  • RETURN THIS FORM AND $50.00 CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO: MINDEN MAIN STREET PROGRAM P.O. BOX 580 Minden, LA 71058-0580 OR drop by Minden City Hall, 520 Broadway. Vendors are responsible for their setup, removal of all trash and no electricity is provided. Setup must be complete by 11:00am on Friday morning and stay in place until 5:00pm Saturday
